Notes
one of the worst, most discouraging runs i've ever had. ran to the high school, planned to do one mile there and some strides then come home. got there, died, walked around for a little, did my strides...decided to run with the np girls...after warming up with them decided i didn't think i could handle it. walked most of the way home, ran some random intervals. got home and everyone thought i was dead.
i only had 8 hours of rest between last nights run and this, and i guess that contributed, but i'm just getting really discouraged. i'm going to try and make up the mileage tonight, i was supposed to get in 6 miles. we'll see how that goes...
