1x800m, 6x400m, alternating OFOFOFO. felt great! i was doggin on my warmup and the 800 felt pretty sluggish but when my legs got used to it i sped up a lot. my hurdling is spotty still, good on some reps bad on others, but hopefully my strength makes up for that in the race. got a legit shot at placing if i run the way i've been working out, so i'll be trying my best!
