pretty lame race overall. my legs were shot to pieces from this week. it actually though was not a total lost cause because even though i didn't stick with the front pack and run the time i think i should have, it would have been stupid of me to go with them and i'm glad i was smart enough to realize that (the front pack consisted of emily dubs, mary dell, abby huber, katie spratford....etc). anyway though i sort of won the race in the chase pack, i was the first chase packer. so at least i raced well. next week my legs will feel better
