apparently this was a minute forty faster then i did it last time. felt alot worse this time so not surprised, guess i was working alot harder. coach put me in the first group with reimer, becca, keri, and jen so i had alot more incentive. by the end i think i was dying hahaha but glad that my fitness is really coming along!
