10x500m with 100m jog (~1 min) in between. Jess started out only doing 8 and i sort of got sucked into her pace for the last few which was annoying, to be honest. That last 1:55 shouldn't have happened. But at least now i'll be ready for races when that situation arises...i gotta stay doing my own thing and it'll fall into place. At least I closed pretty fast, and it didn't really feel that difficult.
