meant to do 4 as a shakeout then felt fabby so did rod & gun plus the rod & gun hill (infamous) to add a mile and a half approx i was moving way too fast in the middle, took a split and was at 6:57 pace so i was like whoaaaaaaa and slowed way down. but yeah yet another indicator i am READY TO RACE WELL so i need to get THE FACK OUT OF MY OWN WAY next sat and get the shit done
