2 x 4 sets of hill sprints with a walk in between sets

felt so good after all the distance...stayed with kacie the whole time and felt like form was intact - upright and arms up and down (amanda told me afterward she was impressed with how i kept my form on the hill!! (and also that i have sick abs sooo..best day ever)). felt really amazing actually, was proud of myself and had crazy runner's high after. the first time i ever found out what a bitch steve carrell and co. were
