what a beautiful day out! warm, breezy, sunny. ahhhhh. i felt ok during this, was aiming for 7:45 for 5 miles so 6 miles is good. parts were tough...i didn't realize how many hills there were gonna be on the way home, but for the most part felt strong and fairly easy!
