although place wise and stuff this wasn't my best race in the world, i'm actually pretty happy with it. i tried to just be confident and competent the whole time, and kept telling myself to just run within myself. it relaxed me a lot and i felt a lot better...i ran pretty strong in the beginning, died a little on the hilly parts, and then kicked and caught a lot of people. i'm pretty happy with what i did. it was better than my first race last year, and i felt a lot stronger. i think this season is going to go better than i think, i just need to start being more consistent and stuff and stop getting sick/hurt every 3 seconds
