Felt ok after the first mile or so. Really wanted to make at least 7.0 so I can make my goal weight by tomorrow. Splits were 15:02 first two miles, then 7:26, 7:21 and 7:30. Then ran two 1.03 miles around the block in 7:38.69 (7:24 pace) and 7:56.38 (7:42 pace). Hope I make weight (149.3) for tomorrow, I want to eat real food.
