Above average in the beginning, below average at the end. Ok, so it doesn't take much to sway me but I am back with the runningahead. The Nike+ read 4.49 today after reading 4.20 last week (I have it as 4.17 on runningahead). Not sure what to do now. I calibrated it again and went back and checked some runs the last week or so that I doubted and made the changes. Hopefully this will be good through the weekend when I am in San Francisco. Either way I'm slow and hurting. 66 degrees with 98 percent humidity. Out in 16:06 (7:40 pace), back in 16:39 (7:55.7 pace).
