Well I felt pretty good but that should be the case since I only run twice a week. Ran the 2.03-mile loop twice, the first time in 15:23.10 (7:34 pace) and the second time in 14:32.60 (7:09 pace) and a 14-second PR. The pathetic thing is that I dry-heaved about 20 meters from the finish. Mama...
