Felt pretty good despite just getting back from 4.5 hours of golfing. Legs felt heavy, but I seemed to keep getting faster. Ran the 4.33-Louisiana Loop in a 26-second PR of 31:37.40 (7:18 pace), then ran a 12-second PR on the Hazard 2.03-mile loop in 14:46 (7:16 pace). Will try for another short double session tomorrow.
