Notes
Fun Christmas run. Temp said 29 when i left the house, but it was sunny, and not windy on the lake front. This made for great running conditions. It was probably mid-30's out there. The hat stayed in the car, and the long john shirt came off early into mile 3, and got left by a tree until later.
Quite a few people out there for a holiday, seemed friendlier than usual too. Everyone must have been in a great mood 'cause it was sunny and warm, though Christmas could also have contributed.
Wanted to go "long" today, and felt good at the pace i was going. Happily, it turned out to be the fastest 14 miler i've ever run. My previous 14's this year were run in 1:54 (Aug) 1:53 (Sept) and 1:52 (Nov).
Yay!
