Notes
The temp this morning read 17 (feels like 1). Before i went out in the late afternoon (thinking i wasn't going to go at all, as i probably wouldn't get a very good run in) i checked again, and it said it was up to 20 degs (feels like 2). I put on long johns, pants, undershirt, long sleeves and the hat.
The wind was in my face for the first mile going out. Otherwise i might have tried to do 4 miles. It was bitter cold. My fingers were in my sleeves, but still managed to freeze.
Forgot to start my watch, so i estimated the time.
Running home, passed the bank on Damen/Division. It read 19F/-7C. This may be some of the coldest i've ever run in.
