Notes
I hadn't really decided what i was going to do today. Started running and though about doing a tempo or just a 7:30ish pace run. After three, i tried to ease up for a mile.
Then tried to pick up the pace for three. I noticed now that the wind was at my back the whole time going out, and now is in my face. Oh well. I was pretty tired. Walked for 1 or 2 minutes, before running two last miles.
I thought it was 40 out there. When i got home it said 48. The snow was melting , and i got pretty sweaty wearing two shirts. Nice hard run today.
