I started out all hunched over because my back was hurting from being home with the kids the last two days. About 15 minutes in I had normal posture and by 20, I no longer had pain. After 30 minutes I got moving pretty well and kept building. The last 30 minutes I was able to catch splits at a few places: 6:09, 6:04 and a 5:59 last mile. It was good to do a 2 hour run again for the first time in 3 weeks. Great cool morning for doing it.
