Coming off of yesterday’s hill workout, I wasn’t sure how the legs would respond. I started out feeling good energy but I could tell the legs were tired. I quickly built into a nice rhythm on the trails. They were a little slippery for traction today. I forgot to drink any water this morning, so I stopped briefly in Danada to chug some water from the fountain.
I split this run into 3 phases. This was the out part to the edge of Danada.
