Notes
For a miserable day we had an awesome turn out. It was Monty, Andy, Henz, B Scott, Hird, and Crumrine. We started out real slow headed East into the wind. We had some good lively discussions about sports, Kafel, chaffing, vasectomy's, the usual stuff. On the way back the pace picked up every mile as we had the wind at our backs. The last one was 5:35.
After the run we all stared at Crumrine's bloody inner thighs and listened to Henz tell us about a guy he saw getting a BJ while he was out running yesterday. Good fun morning.
