2 miles at marathon goal pace of 7:30 after 4 mile warm up. Rolled into this pace after nothing other than jogging the 4 miles. Was just starting to feel alright by the end of mile 2, will need more rest this week. These are never a good confidence builder, but getting through solo tempo runs is hard and then half PR is just as fast so...there's that.
