Notes
Ran ERC group to 12miles, then 8.5 back to office. Bagel for breakfast, gummi's, and 2 gels in first 12 miles with water. Last 8 were dry and getting dehydrated. Time with Tricia included stops and walks, however HR and average pace were within goals. Last segment ran a little faster, 9:20-9:45's which was probably a little fast for me at this point. Legs were going fine but HR was in the mid 160's for final 4 miles.
