Notes

First morning run in several weeks, with Joe Henderson's group. Ran with Tricia and Phil. Kept pace steady for first several miles, however walked when Tricia needed to, second half of run was more comfortable, nice to have food and water along the way. HR stayed around 160ish during run, thanks to the distraction of chatting with others. I find that company makes it easier to keep calm, when i focus on the HR, it always tends to creep.

Need to revisit the diet, more protien, less fat/carbs to change the body mass composition.
