VO2max workout, 10m with 4x1200m at 7-715 pace, HR 184-190. Forgot HR zones before run, so pace was always about right, however the HR was lower until the last one. Walked briefly after each, maybe 75-100m then jogged between. recovery distance was 800-1200m.
