COMMENTS: hard run, i've lost a step but nothing to despair over. did first 10 min at 0.5%, then an interval of 6.0 at 0.5%, 2 min rest, 3 min at 5.5 of 1.5%, 4 min rest, then some more hill intervals at the end (started feeling dizzy though)
