all things considered, was pretty good. used the foam roller beforehand and taped my r. knee for the run and everything felt pretty good. had a hard time staying slow in the beginning, after yesterday's short "faster" run, but i eventually settled into a pretty good pace. also did some great brainstorming on a scholarship essay!
