could only get myself to the gym by planning to keep it to 2 miles, but of course once i started going i figured i had to test myself SOMEHOW, so i upped the incline throughout, from 0.5% to (briefly) 3.5%. legs actually didn't hurt, just hard CV wise, and i'm still breathing like an old man, ugh, which makes running so much harder. i'm very glad i made myself go though, and this 2 mile trick is a good one.
