COMMENTS: Slow warm-up to 10, then did 3 sets of 3 min sprints (5.6-5.8) with 2 min recovery jogs (5.0), then one last sprint of 2 min at 6.0. Jogged it out until I hit 3 miles, could've been running a little faster. Total 45 min on treadmill.
