Felt pretty good considering how long its been since I ran, the awful diet I ate that day, and being a little hungover/sleep deprived. Wanted to do more/go harder but I didn't really have time to, and my hips were tight which had me slightly worried w/ Tour du Port this weekend. I didn't want to risk any injury, so I had a LONG warmup walk (10 min, since I was sitting at my desk the whole damn day), ran for 15, and then cooled down. Was fun, though, and cheered me up.
