COMMENTS: did some good hill work - after 8 min warmup, ran at 5.5. did 2 min at 1.5%, 1 min 0.5%, 2 min at 2.0%, 1 min at 0.5% etc up to 3.0%. then 2 min at 0%, followed by 1 min intervals (3.5%-5.0%) with 1 min rest on 0%. for the 5% slowed to 5.3, then jogged out last 2 min.
