Guessing at time and distance, this run was just about getting outside and running again, easy. Ended up taking a hilly route, walked down the hills to protect my knee. Took my ipod but in retrospect I wish I hadn't, and I missed a lot of the podcast because I was distracted by the scenery. I forgot how much there was to look at when people are getting home from work on a nice day. Passed the stable and saw a girl jumping a course of 2-foot jumps, which broke my heart. Running couldn't quite fix that. Maybe wine can?
