COMMENTS: First time back since the injury, so I took it slow. Warmed up for 5 min, did a 5 min jog, walked for 2 min to evaluate my leg, then did another 5 min jog. Ended with 10 min of walking on an incline (5.0 or 6.0, don't remember). My legs felt bad all around, but the injured place didn't hurt - but I could FEEL it every time my left heel struck the ground, when running. Probably it is a nerve thing, but it's getting better I suppose. I'm just gonna take it slow.
