COMMENTS: did the "hills" setting (on the easiest), not sure how i felt about it. had eaten too much too soon before running, so i felt kinda naseaus and after 25 minutes walked, did 4 min at 4.0% and 4.0, then 1 min at 5.0% and 4.0.
