Notes

Slow first 10 minutes, really picked it up w/ intervals after. Ran 6.5 a couple minutes a couple times - lower legs didn't feel great, though. Run overall was pretty easy, I guess because it was short and mostly flat. Upped the incline to 1.0% when I remembered halfway through.
