COMMENTS: Wow. Was kind of hard from the very beginning (my calves were sore from kickboxing), but never terribly hard - obviously this was a slow run. I just had to convince myself that I COULD still run, after Sun and Fri. Also, I suspect the 135 was at least partially water weight.
