COMMENTS: crappy run. meant to be long run, but i struggled through 30 min of 0.5% and 5.3, then even 5 min of 5.0/flat. possible reasons:

- recovering from running outside - my calves did ache today

- mid-afternoon snack of candy (it was a depressed day)

- not hydrated

- 1 beer last night

- digestive issues

- week 1 of my period?

the run still cheered me up, and i tried to listen to my body.
