Notes

SUPER hard, partially because I'm still congested/coughing, but mostly because my legs are killing me after yesterday's strength training (on the ball class). Managed a 0.5% incline for maybe 10 minutes total. Must have toned out the pain somewhat, because once I started walking my legs almost gave out. I need to get back on track though, plus lately my body image/weight's been down the drain.
