effing HOT. humidity at 75% - heat index 95. summer's here, i guess! thank god i have a mostly shaded trail - it was really unbearable on the sunny stretches. i didn't go slowly enough, probably because i was dying to finish my run and get back into the a/c. out to buy a wicking cap today - my thick cotton black baseball cap was killing me.
