GREAT run. Legs felt fantastic, and a mile into it I was brimming with
energy - not sure where that came from, maybe my dinner and lunch of whole
wheat pasta? Did two speed pyramids (5.0-6.0), ended up doing 3.15 in 35
minutes. Probably risky to jump that much, but I just felt really good,
and am feeling fine the next day, just a little sore.
