Notes

35 minutes slow jogging, 25 minutes brisk walking on an incline. Wanted to run more - wanted to run until I collapsed, I was so anxious this morning that I basically skipped stats so that I could work out and feel a little better - but I could tell that 35 minutes was about all my legs could handle, at least in these shoes. Probably should've put on the Brooks, these really need to be retired for running.
