COMMENTS: took it slow and easy, because that muscle below my calf on my left leg was still nagging me. im gonna research some, but prob its time to take a break from running - its been at least 2 weeks now and has only gotten worse. if im really careful about how i land on that leg it doesnt hurt, but then other things do.
