Treadmill

my legs were doing that thing they do on the treadmill sometimes where my calves are really achy -- not sure if it was the walk breaks, warming up or eventually speeding up that helped but it went away about halfway through. even after being awake for an hour, it took me a while to get rolling, but what a great day to start the day. even though the treadmill room got super hot from the two men in there (not in the good way).
