yeah, super slow, but it was too damn hot and sticky to go any faster! first run in a while that felt really good, around the time i hit conn (i turned onto j.b. and circled round) i was in a grove and doing well. took one walk break on the last section of the trail just because my knee started to complain a bit - finished well.
