COMMENTS: did first 30 min at 5.3 and 0.5%. 30-35min I dropped to 5.0% but kept incline, 35-40 I dropped the incline (and sped up for last minute so I could hit 3.5 miles). jogging at 5.0 on the flat was so easy - I felt like I couldv'e kept going much farther, except for the blister I got and my joints feeling a little iffy.
