Wore what i did yesterday (long sleeve tech shirt, pink sweatshirt, hat, ear cover as neck cover, thickest pants, 2 pairs of socks) and it was perfect for this weather - the wind chill was like 16 degrees. Really wasn't that bad though! Inside lower right calf bothered me again, and my right hip felt pretty tight, but nothing too bad.
