Didn't intend to run faster, I think the cold does it to me. Didn't walk at all, but nearly died at the top of the last hill. Added a little distance to the route by running past Hathaway on Layhill and doubling back. Knee felt a little off but is okay now, left calf was acting up but already feels better.
