felt awesome - i'm beginning to think that i DO need about 2 miles before i'm really warmed up and into a run. kept the 0.5% incline nearly the whole time, dropped it towards the end intending to bring it high the last 10 minutes, but that plan mostly fell apart once i realized the treadmill would turn off when it hit 60 min and i wanted to make it to 5 miles, so i varied the speed and the incline instead. god, 5 miles! i never thought i'd do that. now i just need to move it to outside...
