Good run. Wind chill was 28. Burrr!!! I ran 7 hill repeats on Shadow Canyon, jogging down for recovery. I followed the hill repeats with a short walk break. I was running fairly easy, but not as easy as on a long run. I felt great except my legs were FREEZING while running into the wind! My had my thickest gloves on which might have been to much except while running into the wind. I also wore an ear warmer with a cap and a jacket, compression shirt and tights.
