Milburn Loop

Notes

Run with jogger while girls rode bikes. Took about a 5 min. break after 3 miles to help girls lock up bikes and get them started on their run. Girls rode about 3 miles and ran about 1K. Felt hotter than 80s, felt more like 90s. Was partly cloudy, but the clouds didn't roll in while I was running. Whew! REALLY hot! I did feel pretty strong until the last lap.
