Interesting run. I could totally tell my last run was way long. My hips were not happy, right lower medial leg down to ankle still "uncomfortable". My knee felt pretty good. Overall, not too bad though. I should feel better tomorrow. Splits:
1: 9:30
2: 9:23
3: 9:14
4: 9:02
I should have stayed tried to consistent at the 9:30 pace.
