| Notes: | Richmond Road Runners 10k Turkey Trot on the U of R campus and surrounding neighborhoods. Course was very tough, brutal in fact (8/10 in difficulty), lots of hills with little recovery stretches and off-road portions of the race. Was very challenging and a blast. Felt pretty good considering I have no hills to train on at home. Haven't gotten the standings yet... will post later. My "gun time" was 56:08 with an actually time of around 54:34. |
